Job Title: Part Time Customer Services Administrator Location: Barking, Essex Job Type: Temporary with a view becoming permanent Pay Rate: Ј7.50 per hour Start Date Immediately
Our client based in Barking Essex are looking for an IT Support Desk Analyst. The role is 39 hours per week, working a shift based pattern incorporating Saturdays and Sundays, these will include a day off in the week.
The role will involve: 1st level telephone answering Logging IT customer queries onto an in-house database Following the process of calls through to completion Quality Assessing calls logged Administrative duties within the IT Support Desk Writing of Process & Procedures
Skills Needed: Good overall IT knowledge Good Telephone Manner Customer Focused Microsoft knowledge Call Logging experience
